It is made of rich dark chocolate coffee cream, light, and airy hazelnut praline mousse, strong coffee dacquoise, crunchy chocolate pecan sable, and covered in shiny milk chocolate glaze. This dessert is made of the best quality hazelnut paste and Belgian chocolate. The combination of flavors is perfectly balanced in this petit gateau. Very light & delicate dessert!
