Shipping Policy

7.1 At SugarFall Patisserie, we are proud to offer local delivery within Glasgow, with some exceptions for specific orders. Our delivery range is up to 15 miles from our store located at 153 Byres Road, G12 8TS, Glasgow.
7.2 Retail items such as tea, hot chocolate, cookies, chocolates, bonbons and more are available for nationwide shipment, as long as they do not require refrigeration.
7.3 Delivery dates for retail items shipped nationwide will vary, please contact us for an estimated delivery date.
7.4 If the recipient is not available to receive the order, we will make every effort to leave the order in a safe place. In the case of an unsuccessful delivery, the recipient must collect the order from our local shop.
7.5 Deliveries will be made between 11 AM and 4 PM. We do not offer the option to choose an exact delivery time.
7.6 In the case of a delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, we will not be held responsible for the delay and will not issue a refund or compensation.
7.7 Please note that SugarFall Patisserie is not responsible for delivering to the incorrect address if the address is provided incorrectly.
